Daniel A. Lisman, CFA

QUALIFICATIONS AS AN APPRAISER OF CORPORATE SECURITIES

Mr. Lisman, a Vice President of Hempstead & Co. Inc., joined the company in 1996. He has prepared independent valuations of securities of closely-held companies. He has performed valuations of companies in healthcare, food processing, telecommunications, publishing, manufacturing, and specialty chemicals.

Prior to joining Hempstead & Co. Inc., Mr. Lisman was employed as an investment research analyst at Consolidated Concepts, Inc. and Affiliates. At Consolidated Concepts, he analyzed publicly-held securities and recommended appropriate investments for portfolio management clients.

Mr. Lisman holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance with honors from Vanderbilt University. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics from Widener University.
